۲. حقوق مالکیت معنوی
کلیهی محتواهای موجود در این وبسایت از جمله تصاویر، متون، طرحها و نمونهکارها متعلق به طراحی بسته بندی نگاره نفیس است و هرگونه کپی، بازنشر یا استفاده از آنها بدون کسب اجازهی کتبی ممنوع میباشد.

۵. بازبینی و تحویل نهایی
هر سفارش شامل تعداد مشخصی مرحلهی بازبینی است. در صورت درخواست بازبینیهای بیشتر، هزینهی اضافی محاسبه خواهد شد. فایلهای نهایی طبق توافق، در قالبهای دیجیتال (مانند PDF، AI، PSD، JPG یا PNG) تحویل داده میشوند.
۶. محدودیت مسئولیت
ما تضمین نمیکنیم که وبسایت یا خدمات ما همیشه بدون خطا یا قطعی باشند. نگاره نفیس مسئول هیچگونه خسارت غیرمستقیم، اتفاقی یا ناشی از استفادهی نادرست از وبسایت یا خدمات طراحی نخواهد بود.
